LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

Live fish arrival guarantee (covers the cost of the fish only and shipping costs are non-refundable).
The following instructions must be followed, or the guarantee is voided.

If the fish come in sick/dead on arrival, please send unboxing video / photo of unopened bag showing the sick/dead fish condition within 2 hours of delivery. Please email to zainbettafish11@gmail.com

If the bag is opened, the guarantee is voided. We can send replacement fish with the transhipper next shipment, and the customer will need to pay the transhipper cost again for domestic shipping, or we can just refund the fish cost only. 

Once the fish is out of the bag, any further care is completely out of our hands. Water conditions, temperature, proper adjusting to the new environment, etc.—none of this can be covered under the guarantee.
